Alive Body & Skin Treatments is an in-person experience offered at the InnerBloom Studio in Durango, Colorado—where aliveness surrounds you in a climate-controlled sanctuary designed for deep restoration. This full body and skin treatment works from the inside out, combining Energetic Sports Massage with nourishing, hydrating essential oils to awaken both muscle and skin. Through lymphatic drainage, fascial massage, red light therapy, and immersive moisture rituals, the body softens, releases, and renews. Step into a space where vitality is restored and your natural radiance is brought to life.

This practice moves beyond traditional bodywork into a comprehensive system of renewal.
