My name is Erica Belfiore, born in Staten Island, NY raised in Central Florida, and currently living in the Roaring Fork Valley in Colorado where I am a full time mother to my daughter Jayda Nova. I started my business of  Sports Massage 8 years ago and my Yoga Instruction business 15 years ago. I opened my practice in 2018 and am excited to continue to serve my community in body healing.

In my teenage years, I was an avid dancer and athlete, traveling up and down the east coast performing. In my 20's I crafted my yoga offerings in Big Island, Hawaii and moved to Portland, Oregon in 2012 to continue to study and develop. There, I opened my first yoga studio called Zenality Yoga. During this time, I also began my first year of running a Yoga School  recognized as a certified school by Yoga Alliance. I was blessed to host over 6 YTT programs with over 50 successful graduates as well as multiple healing retreats in beautiful locations across the US.

I traveled and trained in over 8 different countries and developed my unique healing techniques for body therapy. My skills are evident in my application Sports Massage Therapy business to restore healthy alignment in the joints as well as deep tissue therapy to alleviate tension or pain in the muscles. My thread of energetic wisdom woven through these modalities comes from Chakra Therapy to which you can find videos and resources about it on my website.
